Returns/ Refund Policy

COURSE REFUNDS:

The $300 deposit to secure your "in-person" course is non-refundable under all circumstances. Course bookings can be cancelled up to 2 weeks out from the booked dates and any additional amounts paid will be refunded minus the initial deposit of $300. Courses are non-refundable on or past the scheduled training dates. Upon paying the deposit and course fees you agree to these terms. 

 

Course Rescheduling 

Course bookings may be rescheduled up until 2 weeks before the booked date. Courses that are rescheduled within the 2 weeks of the booked date will incur a $200 transfer fee. The $200 transfer fee is non-refundable should you choose to cancel the course booking once you have rescheduled. 

 

PRODUCT REFUNDS

 If you ordered the wrong product or the product you received is damaged/ broken we have a 30 day return policy for store credit. Please contact envision beauty envisionbeauty1@hotmail.com and please put “returns” as the email subject - you must include your tax invoice, photos plus details of item. 

To be eligible for our returns policy the following criteria needs to be met:

1- The item is damaged or faulty

2-The item is unopened or used (returns will be refused due to health and safety reasons.) 

3- A photo / video of damaged goods must be provided

4- Must be within 30 days

5- Tax invoice must be provided 

 

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost for returning the item. Shipping costs made with original purchase are also non-refundable.
